About Us

The Lifecare Group comprises of Lifecare Institute (Training and Development) and Lifecare Professionals (Care Agency). Lifecare has been serving the communities around London and the South East since 1998.

We originally started as an organisation providing training for the Health and Social Care Sector. However, over the years, the requirements of our community has meant that we have expanded our services to include a Care Quality Commission registered Care Agency.

Although we retain our core market in the Health and Social Care sector we have diversified our services to meet the more generic needs of other industries, in particular where there is a crossover between Social Care training requirements and general workplace training requirements. Areas where this crossover has taken place include Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and First Aid.

Lifecare Professionals is a registered Agency regulated under the new Care Quality Commission registration to provide Personal Care. We currently cover all London boroughs.

We are committed to training and developing all our staff. New employees are inducted to ‘National Training Organisation’ standards, within six weeks of employment and complete an NTO approved foundation level training course during their first six months. We manage and train our employees with the aim that all of our care workers achieve NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
