PROFESSIONAL CARE AT HOME

We provide quality staff (trained at the Group’s own Lifecare Institute) to private Clients and Customers, Residential and Nursing Care homes, as well as Local Government Social Service authorities. All our staff are not only well trained and thoroughly referenced, but are rigorously vetted and checked according to CRB (Criminal Record Bureau), UKHCA standards as well as REC requirements.

Before any service is provided, a professional assessment of need is undertaken by one of our staff. We then draw up a tailored care plan for you which is reviewed regularly to ensure that the quality of service meets your needs.

TO EMPOWER SERVICE USERS IN THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THEIR CARE AND SUPPORT STAFF

Lifecare Professionals has a large database of qualified staff which is constantly being added to. Once the initial assessment is made we match our clients needs with suitable care staff from our data base. The Client will be in control of selecting the most suitable carer for them.

TO ENSURE QUALITY AND CONTINUITY OF CARE

Lifecare Professionals understands that the relationship between care staff and clients is paramount. The staff is engaged in the lives of the clients developing and maintaining clear objectives and ways of working. Clients are reassured that staff skills are regularly updated in order to meet the needs of clients. Lifecare Professionals strives to continuously develop the service through constant dialogue with the client.

To this end we maintain a robust quality assurance mechanisms. This includes the extensive use of communication books; field assessors that will randomly spot check the service; call back request forms; and regular reviews with both the client (and their representatives) and the carers.
