Classroom Training

Some call it “traditional” training others call it “Face-to-Face” training. We stick with “Classroom Training”. However, we also acknowledge that this class of training does not always take place in a classroom. It can be in your office. It can also be one-to-one. Our classroom courses are based in our offices in Stratford in East London. However, we can also come out to provide onsite training to clients in London and the South East.

Why Classroom Training

Our classroom training is targetted at the Health and Social Care Sector. We focus on practical courses that cannot be delivered online. For example “Manual Handling” and “First Aid”. We also focus on courses which may need to be adapted to your own policies and processes (e.g. Medication and Safeguarding). Our courses are accredited wherever possible so you know that the training will meet national standards and that the certificate that you receive for accredited training will be recognised across the UK.

Peer to Peer Learning

One of the key advantages of classroom based learning is that the attendants can share their experiences of the subject. This kind of peer to peer learning enriches the experience

Achieve Compliance Quickly

For employers, another advantage of classroom based training is that it can be a good way to achieve compliance quickly. By getting a group of employees in one room in one day you can achieve compliance on the spot.
